Tuesday SNOOZEday

Hey!

Saturday's wedding was gorge!  Megan and Joe looked amazing!!  Pics aren't uploaded of course, but you expected that.. maybe tonight!  They're on mom's camera, so I'll give her a cup of honey nut cheerios and ask her nicely. 

Sunday, Wes, Mady and I saw Toy Story 3 on ice.  Yeah, that's right.. and it was awesome!!  Micky, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Barbie, Ken, Buzz, Woody, Jessie, Bullseye.. Ham, Rex, the G.I. Joes, ummmm... slinky dog, Lotsa, Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head!

The day didn't stop there.. we headed over to the Busch Stadium to catch the thrilling end to the last Cards/Cubs match of the season! 

Then, Wes and I took our luck to the Rams game.. it clearly ran out on the walk to the dome.  But we had great seats!

Tonight team Abusement Park takes on another coed indoor team in their (why am I talking in third person?).. our request to remain unbeaten!  I'm confident we'll win.. we don't know how to do anything else.  BOOM!

It's Friday, my peoples.. I totally titled this "TFIG" at first.  And then I laughed out loud.. to myself.

Short post today.

I received my first purchase ever from Zara last night.. do you recall how I had to find a dress for tomorrow's wedding.. you should recall, because it was in yesterday's blog.  Anyway, I ordered this dress.  And it's totally perf!!  I was a little nervous because of sizing.. I ordered a medium, which is usually a safe selection.  But my genius mom pointed out to me that the M measurements match a US size 6.  Which is questionable.. except for at Loft, I'm totes a size 6 there.  Look at me.. talking about my size on the world wide web.  Hi-five.

Anyway, dress fits like a dream!  I don't have citrus shoes, so I'll be wearing royal blue platforms..  and I'm gonna look awesome!  Pics to come, fo' sho.

Also, I went to put on an H&M sweater for only the 2nd time, and it has completely shrunk.. I'm all for $20 sweaters, but not when I only get one wear out of them.. Perhaps it will fit my Mom.

Thursday Schmursday

My client canceled tonight, I'm getting a little pampering done and then headed to the mall to find me a dress.  There's a wedding this weekend, and I have to be the prettiest 2nd prettiest one there.

1.  How many times have you been a bridesmaid/maid of honor?

Bridesmaid twice.. and the best one ever!!

I have a feeling I won't have to/get to be a Maid of Honor, all my BFFs have sisters.

Totally not complaining.. no offense, girls.

2.  What’s the last thing you do before you fall asleep at night?

Umm.. I'm usually unconscious in like 12 seconds.

But before I go to my bed...

I watch TV, play on the computer, sometimes I read, or catch up with Words With Friends.

3.  You just won your dream vacation, all expenses paid. Where are you going?

If I win this prior to 2014, then I'm going to the World Cup in Brazil.  Duh.

TV is back!

HELLO.  I feel myself drifting from my blog.. solely because of PINTEREST.  I LOVE IT!  It's safe to say I'm obsessed.. no big deal.  Everyone go check it out.

Also, TV shows are back!  YAHOO!  I absolutely created a spreadsheet for some TV organization in mi vida.  I LOVE TV.  Remember when it used to be bad?  Or looked down upon?  Because if you're inside watching TV, you're not outside, and apparently obese.  Well, fooey.  Here's a break down for you.  You're welcome.

Monday:
Two and a Half Men- if you missed it, watch it online.  Ashton is a star!

Dancing With The Stars-  I wanted to punch Hope Solo in the face.  I'm obvi a huge soccer fan, but please little baby Jesus let her cocky arrogant-ness be from nerves..  What is this, "I'm a pro athlete and that's why I have passion."  What?  Only pro athletes can have passion?  Get over yourself.  Or stop talking.  Or get a new PR person.  Rob Kardashian and KCav had better interviews than that!

I watched The Sing Off last night.. which I usually don't watch.  But I totally loved it.  Talk about talent!

And Castle is back on. 

Tuesday:
I recorded  Glee, and New Girl.  Anna Kournikova is Jillian's replacement on The Biggest Loser.. not sure how I feel about that.. I'll probably still watch.

DWTS results is also on Tuesdays.. I usually don't watch and just look up who got the boot online or ask my Dad.  Ron Artest was the first to go.  Not too sad about it.

Wednesday:
The Middle, Modern Family on ABC, both are an hour tonight.. I wonder if they'll be an hour going forward?

That's really all I know about Wednesday TV...

Thursday:
Charlie's Angels starts on ABC.. will you watch??  Not sure if I will.. maybe when something else is a repeat?  Minka Kelly will always be Lyla Garrity to me.. I don't think I'm ready to move on.  And I never saw the Charlie's Angels movies..

Grey's is still on!  I can't believe it.. I guess it hasn't been on as long as ER.  But I'll still watch, and then Private Practice.

Also on Thursdays.. The Office on NBC.  I know one big fan that's skeptical of James Spader.  Anyone else?  I'm looking forward to checking it out, at least the first episode anyway.  I actually really like the NBC Thursday line-up (Community, Parks & Rec, The Office and the new one, Whitney.).. I just am used to watching Grey's and Private Practice.. maybe I'll switch it up this season.

Did anyone watch Off The Map?  I loved it!  Mostly because of QB1 Matt Saracen.. but still.  I don't think it got picked back up. 

And, I'm boycotting TV on Fridays, because of Friday Night Lights.  So don't ask me what I'm watching on Fridays, because the answer will be nothing.

I watched the first week and somewhere in the middle and the finale.. basically, I watched enough to know I wanted Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. to win it all.  Did you fall in love with this man, too?

Each flag had a number and a name.  Bussie's Aunt died in the Sept. 11 attacks, so I found her flag.



This is a badass pic, too.  I'm going to find a contest and win.

Plus, I totally love when the professional sports guys and girls change up their gear or uniforms based on what's going on in the world.  The NFL wears pink in Oct. and a lot of them had FDNY on their shoes yesterday.  I saw these on TV this morning.  I love it.  I want them.

My Memories Suite Giveaway

I couldn't figure out how to get to iPhoto when adding pictures to the album I was creating.  I had/have to copy pictures to my desktop first, then pull them from my desktop to add them to my album.  I got over my frustrations, it was just an extra step.  But perhaps there is a short cut around it!  And, I have a feeling someone who does this all the time can figure it out.
