The 2011 Women's World Cup kicked off on Sunday, in Germany. Games will be played at nine venues, which I imagine is pretty cool.
USA has won 2 world cups (91 and 99)... Many of you probably remember this from 1999. In fact, many of you probably became fans after that.
I hope we can add another star to our jerseys this year! And I hope this cup is drama free. Don't remember 2007's drama? Google it.
USA plays today at 12ET against North Korea. Tune in to ESPN.
If I were at home, I'd be wearing my USA uniform and cleats.
